The steps for getting your Small Business Website:
- Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. Or you can contact us directly via email office@prowebdesign.ro or WhatsApp +40 724 262 919 (between 10am and 4 pm GMT + 2).
- We will connect via email and/or WhatsApp/Skype to discuss the project details.
- If your project requires add-ons, SEM/SEO or custom functionality, we will send you the cost calculation for review.
- BEFORE the project starts, you will need to send us the list of site pages and copy (texts, images, etc) for each page. If you do not have good images – not a problem! Our designers will select images for your site on micro-stock/free imagery sites.
- After we receive the list of pages & copy, we will send you our standard contract for electronic signing.
- After the contract is signed, we will issue the invoice for the project. The price of the project must be paid in full, in one share, into our company account. At the moment we only accept bank wire transfers.
- The project starts once the payment has entered our bank account.
- Our designers will customize the design variant you selected and send you the mock-up. You can request one round of changes to the mock up. Changes can include:
- Color updates
- Imagery updates
- Moving or hiding preset home page blocks
- Once the mock-up is approved, we will move on to server set up, site set up and inserting the provided content into pages. We will then launch the site.
- Once the site is live, we will give you access to the administration panel and supply short documentation on how to manage your site without the help of a web designer.
